This role will lead OT optimization and maintenance, with a strong emphasis on governance, cybersecurity, execution and compliance, while building and managing a high‑performing, multi‑disciplinary team to ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value and align with PT priorities.QualificationsMust HavesA minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and/or ISC platforms.Proven experience managing OT initiatives.WE VALUE Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Master's degree in IT or related fieldLeadership experience in two or more Information Technology, Engineering or Strategy functional areas Proven experience leading ERP transformationsStrong understanding of network architecture and security principles.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams.Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations related to IT infrastructure.Strong technical, quantitative, and analytical skills Experience in the manufacturing or chemical industryKnowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy best practices Project management certification (e.g., PMP)Understanding of key information technology solutions and practices Strong business/financial acumen and ability to translate new technology into business value  The annual base salary range for this position in Illinois is $177,000 - $221,000. This position is incentive plan eligible. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
