Technical Sales Representative

Sales RepresentativeInsight Global is seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join a growing team. This individual will play a critical role in developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering customized access solutions for commercial and industrial projects. The ideal candidate combines strong business development skills with the ability to understand technical project requirements and manage opportunities through the entire sales lifecycle. This position may be based out of Cleveland, Akron, or Canton.Key Responsibilities:Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities within target markets and territories.Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.Consult with clients to assess project requirements and recommend tailored access solutions that align with their operational and project goals.Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and presentations that clearly communicate value and project scope.Collaborate with internal sales, engineering, and operations teams during pre-sales activities to ensure successful project planning and execution.Manage a robust sales pipeline, maintaining accurate forecasting and identifying opportunities for growth.Oversee projects from initial client engagement through final project completion, ensuring a seamless customer experience.Partner closely with operations teams to review project scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.Coordinate with installers, engineers, contractors, tradespeople, and other construction stakeholders to maintain project safety, quality, and schedule adherence.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales and delivery process, providing exceptional customer service and timely communication.Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business and establish the company as a trusted partner.
