WIC Communications & Scheduling Specialist

Mountain Park Health Center is seeking a WIC Communications Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for patients and the public. You will handle inbound calls, texts, and chats, document interactions in the system, and support day-to-day administrative tasks. You will schedule WIC nutritionist appointments, assist new patients with registration, verify demographics and insurance, and protect patient confidentiality while coordinating with WIC staff. #J-18808-Ljbffr FreshDirect LLC
