Maintenance Director

Director of Maintenance Full‑time opportunity at Collingswood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center (160‑bed Sub‑Acute & Long‑Term Care facility). Salary range $58,000 – $98,000 per year. Qualifications: At least 4 years in a maintenance position. Experience in a nursing home setting required. HVAC certification strongly preferred. Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators and mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
