Join Our Team – Customs Entry WriterWe are a fast-growing customs brokerage firm helping businesses navigate international trade with ease. Our team is known for precision, compliance, and outstanding customer service, supporting importers across industries to move goods efficiently and confidently.Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented Customs Entry Specialist to manage import documentation and customs filings. You'll be responsible for ensuring shipments are processed accurately and in full compliance with U.S. regulations.What You'll DoPrepare and submit customs entries for air, ocean, and ground shipments via ACE.Classify imported goods using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) and verify correct valuation.Review key shipping documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading for accuracy.Collaborate with clients, carriers, and government agencies to resolve entry questions or issues.Monitor shipment release status and proactively address delays, holds, or inspections.Stay informed on U.S. Customs rules, PGA requirements (FDA, USDA, EPA, etc.), and trade compliance updates.What We're Looking ForStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Effective written and verbal communication abilities.Capability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in customs entries, import operations, or freight forwarding is a plus.Why Join UsAttractive compensation and comprehensive benefits.Clear pathways for advancing your career and enhancing your skills.Collaborative team culture that encourages learning and support.Hands-on experience with international trade across a variety of industries.Pay: $60-70k DOEJob Type: Full-time
