Location: Harrisburg, NC
Shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (2-2-3 rotating schedule)
Pay: $19 - $20
About The Role
Take your production skills to the next level! As a Plater Operator, youll operate the Copper Plating Machine, ensure quality control, and prepare finished copper rods for shipping. If youre detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and thrive in a hands-on environment, this is the job for you.
What You Will Do
- Operate and maintain the Copper Plating Machine
- Inspect and adjust machine settings to maintain quality standards
- Prepare finished products by pointing, chamfering, and labeling
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment as needed
- Conduct routine safety inspections
- Accurately complete order paperwork
What You Bring
1+ year of experience in a production environment
1+ year of forklift experience
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Self-motivated with a sense of urgency
Experience operating a forklift crane
Work Environment & Physical Demands
This role involves exposure to moving machinery, extreme heat, airborne particles, and chemicals. Youll need to:
- Move throughout the facility, including on uneven terrain
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
