Summary To assist the Residential Manager (or Lead/Assistant Residential Manager) in the development and implementation of a comprehensive residential program for each of their assigned individuals. Primary Job Responsibilities Work as a member of a team to maintain a clean, safe, positive living environment for each individual who lives at the residence including completing laundry and cleaning assignments Assist in the development and implementation of each individual’s residential ISP/IEP and daily activity schedule. Attend and support individuals participating in all community experiences. Implement positive behavior supports and individual behavior support plans for individuals who live in the home. Assist in record keeping and report writing, as assigned. Provide supervision of all individuals while under his/her care. Administer and record individuals’ medications, in compliance with MAP. Able to transport individuals to various locations. Provide direct supervision and care to individuals, including 1:1 responsibilities at all times and locations. Participate in any meetings pertaining to assigned individuals or program planning, as directed. Engage in de‑escalation of individuals.
