Senior Talent Partner

Randstad is supporting a contract (ideally to hire!) assignment for a leading advanced seminconductor manufacturer. They support AI data centers, cloud infrastructure and next-generation communications. We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner based in the Bay Area to help build those teams. Joining the Global Talent Acquisition team, you’ll recruit the people who design, develop and manufacture advanced semiconductor and photonic technologies.

This is a hands-on role with ownership across Direct Labor (DL) and Indirect Labor (IDL) hiring, from manufacturing operators and technicians to specialist engineers and operational leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment across fabrication departments, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers and engagement through to start date.
• Partner with hiring managers to define essential skills, identify transferable experience and establish clear interview plans and hiring priorities.
• Build proactive talent pipelines across semiconductor, photonics and fab manufacturing disciplines, including production, equipment maintenance, process engineering, quality and manufacturing operations.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, targeted outreach, referrals and other sourcing channels to engage both active and passive candidates.
• Balance high-volume manufacturing recruitment with specialist technical searches, adapting your approach to the role, market and business need.
• Bring market insight to hiring discussions, advising managers on talent availability, compensation expectations and effective recruitment approaches.
• Use Workday Recruiting to manage requisitions, candidate stages and offers, maintaining accurate records and reliable reporting.
• Use recruitment data—including pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, stage conversion, requisition aging and offer acceptance—to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring outcomes.
• Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through clear communication, timely feedback and well-managed processes.
• Collaborate with global talent teammates to share market intelligence and best practices.
