Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Background:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Current state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or ability to obtain before start date)
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but strong clinical skills and a passion for working with children are essential
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educational staff, parents, and service providers

What You’ll Do:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized therapy plans for students with a variety of speech and language needs
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions individually and in small groups
• Work closely with teachers and staff to facilitate student progress and support academic success
• Document therapy sessions, evaluations, and track progress as required by school and district policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute input for goals, accommodations, and progress updates
• Provide education and guidance to classroom staff and families related to communication strategies and support
