School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Auburn, WA | 20252026 School Year

Come work with a local, woman- and therapist-founded and run company! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based positions in Auburn, WA for the rest of the 20252026 school year. Whether you are a CF-SLP or a seasoned provider, we would love to hear from you.

Position Details:

• In-person, school-based role
• Elementary; ASAP - March 6, 2026
• Leave coverage position
• 30 hours per week/0.8 FTE
• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy
• Develop and implement IEPs and complete documentation
• Collaborate with school special education teams

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Washington state SLP license (or willingness to obtain)
• Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certificate
• Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply we provide supervision and mentorship
