Litigation Associate with 3+ years of sophisticated commercial litigation experience to join a highly regarded law firm in New York, NY . Responsibilities Handle all phases of complex commercial litigation matters. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings. Manage discovery, including document review, depositions, and related motion practice. Prepare for and participate in hearings, arbitrations, and trials. Work closely with partners and clients to develop litigation strategies. Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups on sophisticated legal matters. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Active New York Bar admission is required. 3+ years of commercial litigation experience at a law firm. Strong academic credentials. Excellent legal research, analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Ability to manage multiple matters in a deadline-driven environment. Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and high-quality legal work. Salary: $220,000 – $365,000 annually (commensurate with experience).
