Job Description Manage all phases of personal injury litigation from intake and investigation through discovery, depositions, negotiations, and trial preparation Draft pleadings, motions, demand letters, responses to discovery, and other litigation documents with precision and clarity Conduct and defend depositions of clients, witnesses, and expert witnesses Perform thorough legal research using LexisNexis and other platforms to develop and support case strategy Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel while fiercely advocating for clients' maximum recovery Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure cases move efficiently toward resolution or trial Maintain direct client communication with empathy, professionalism, and responsiveness Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active New York State Bar admission in good standing 2 or more years of litigation experience with a plaintiff-side personal injury focus Experience in construction accident, motor vehicle, or premises liability matters preferred Strong legal drafting, research, and oral advocacy skills Ability to manage a caseload independently while working collaboratively within a team Trial experience and plaintiff PI verdicts in the NYC metro area are a significant plus Why You Will Love Working Here This is a place where your work matters and your clients notice.
