Litigation Associate (New York)

We are partnering with a well-established, full-service law firm to identify a talented Litigation Associate with 4+ years of personal injury tort experience to join its Manhattan-based Tort & Insurance Defense practice. This opportunity offers immediate client exposure, substantive responsibility, and the chance to work on sophisticated litigation matters within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. What You’ll Do Represent clients in personal injury tort and insurance defense litigation Manage depositions, motion practice, and court appearances Draft pleadings, discovery, and other litigation documents Provide strategic counsel and take ownership of client matters Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies Handle multiple assignments independently with strong attention to detail What You Bring J.D. degree with strong academic credentials Active New York Bar admission required; New Jersey admission is a plus 4+ years of personal injury tort litigation experience Trial experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced legal environment Professional, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work #J-18808-Ljbffr Newport Williams
