About Us Pierce Bainbridge Beck Price & Hecht LLP is an elite litigation firm with offices in New York, Boston, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., and Cleveland. We specialize in trial substitution commercial litigation, intellectual property, criminal defense, and class action cases, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. We seek a highly qualified associate in our New York office. The firm offers associates substantial litigation experience early in their careers, encouraging them to take on responsibility appropriate to their capabilities rather than arbitrary class-year distinctions. Associate work spans intellectual property disputes, general commercial litigation, securities litigation, and white‑collar representations. Associates are empowered to engage in diverse litigation stages across all offices. What you will be doing First‑chair depositions. Argue motions. Draft legal briefs and pleadings. Supervise day‑to‑day case management functions. Develop and implement litigation strategies. Take cases to trial. Who we are looking for Strong sense of efficiency, independent operation, and excellent multi‑tasking skills. Self‑starter with excellent written and oral communication abilities. Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership, can‑do attitude, and meticulous attention to detail. Zealous advocacy and solid grounding in legal technology. Ability to thrive in a horizontally‑structured, non‑hierarchical environment. Experience drafting pleadings, legal briefs, written discovery, conducting legal research, and managing discovery projects. New York Bar admission preferred.
