Watts & Associates is working discreetly with a highly regarded Am Law 200 ranked national law firm seeking a 2nd to 4th year Litigation Associate Attorney to join its New York, NY office on a hybrid basis. This role focuses on sophisticated commercial and financial services disputes for institutional clients, with meaningful exposure to case strategy, motion practice, discovery, and client facing work. The team offers a structured, partner led environment with strong training, high quality drafting standards, and opportunities to work across a broad range of venues and procedural postures. The Opportunity You will support active matters from early case assessment through discovery and dispositive motions, including researching and drafting briefs, managing document and ESI workflows, preparing for and taking depositions, and assisting with hearings. The practice includes both commercial disputes and financial services litigation, with a steady flow of complex matters and close collaboration with senior lawyers.
