Job Summary Position: Patent Litigation Associate, Engineering Experience: 3-4 years Salary: $260K - $310K Firm: AM100 Location: New York, NY Requirements Advanced degree in Life Sciences or a technical discipline such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 3-4 years of experience in patent litigation. Active membership in the state bar and up-to-date with CLE requirements. Exceptional writing skills and a strong academic background. Our client is looking for a Patent Litigation Attorney with a robust technical foundation and experience managing complex legal cases. This position allows you to apply your analytical skills while working closely with a diverse legal team on a wide range of litigation, prosecution, and advisory projects. You will have direct client contact with a varied portfolio, ranging from start‑ups to established multinational companies, and will contribute to high‑level strategy development for litigation and transactional support.
