Sign-On Bonus: Up to $3,000 Estimated pay range for this position is $17.79 - $23.13 per hour, depending on experience. Description The Clinical Partner (CP) provides basic technical nursing skills and delegated tasks (e.g., wound care, discontinuing a saline lock, discontinuing a Foley catheter) under the direction and/or supervision of the registered nurse, in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act, Florida Statutes, and BHSF policy. The CP is a valued member of the nursing team who works in close collaboration with the assigned RN to provide safe, quality, patient-centered care. Nursing activities that cannot be delegated to unlicensed assistive personnel include the assessment and evaluation of the impact of interventions on the care provided to the patient. Qualifications High School, GED, Certificate, or equivalent experience. Licensed Practical Nurse. Basic Life Support certification. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). CNA or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required. Minimum of two years of experience in an acute care facility in Florida preferred. Minimum Required Experience: 2 years.
