Job Description Advocate for clients across a range of insurance defense matters including Premises Liability, Trucking, BI/Auto, and Workers' Compensation Draft and prepare legal documents including motions, pleadings, orders, letters, and memos with precision and clarity Conduct thorough legal research across a variety of substantive and procedural topics Assist senior attorneys in preparing for hearings, depositions, and other proceedings Manage an active caseload while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail Collaborate with team members to develop case strategy and deliver excellent outcomes for clients Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school (required) Active Florida Bar membership OR scheduled to sit for the July 2026 Florida Bar Exam Strong legal research and writing skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Adobe Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn Why You Will Love Working Here This is a firm where your career can genuinely take root.
