Lab Technician II

Our client, a leading beauty and personal care company, is seeking a Lab Technician / Chemist to join their team. As a Lab Technician / Chemist, you will be part of the Research & Development team supporting formulation and quality testing groups. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

$22–$25/hour (W2), 6-month contract

What’s the Job?

• Perform formulation and batching activities using raw materials

• Maintain accurate electronic lab documentation and batch records

• Conduct batch qualification based on physical and chemical specifications

• Perform and track stability testing, reporting any issues promptly

• Coordinate testing requests with cross-functional teams

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field

• 4–6 years of laboratory experience

• Experience with formulation, batching, or stability testing

• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

• Ability to follow lab safety and compliance standards
