Sr. Test Analyst Location: Hoboken, NJ Job type: Contract (6+ Months)/ Full Time Responsibilities: Good knowledge in Re-Insurance Domain. Looking for a Sr. Test Analyst (Minimum 8 years of experience in Testing) at onsite US to handle critical projects in Reinsurance area. Experience in onsite offshore model with extensive client handling experience. Should be able to understand Technical, business, functional and other requirements and be able to talk to the relevant stakeholders for clarification. Should have experience in Database Testing. Design / Execute Functional Test cases Create Test plan, Strategy and review with Business stakeholder. Excellent communication. Participate in Requirement analysis phase provide Test estimates. Work closely with QA Head and design strategy, allocation & track overall progress. Personal Attributes: Ability to work with different Teams (Internal /External) and building good rapport/assisting others. Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal/written communication and influencing skills. Good Analytical, Logical and Troubleshooting/Problem Solving skills. Highly motivated, with a proven ability to work on Functional Testing project. ClifyX
