divh2Assembler/h2pOur client, an Aerospace And Defense company, is looking for an Assembler for their Oldsmar, FL location./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliMasking and Preparation: Covering components (connectors, switches) that must remain free of coating./liliUsing spray guns, brushes, or dipping processes to apply coating./liliInspection and Quality Control: Ensuring coating coverage is uniform, often using UV light inspection./liliCuring and Rework: Operating curing ovens and repairing defects./li/ulh3Requirements:/h3ulliPrevious electronics assembly or conformal coating experience is preferred./liliStrong attention to detail, hand dexterity, and familiarity with chemical safety (MSDS)./liliFamiliarity with or certification in IPC-A-610 standards is a strong advantage./liliConformal Coating Operator/Technician: Manually sprays or dips PCBs and operates automated, computer-controlled conformal coating equipment (e.g., PVA machines)./liliConformal Coating Specialist: A highly skilled role responsible for complex applications, inspecting, and masking, often requiring 25 years of experience./liliPCB Coating Technician (Rework/Touch-up): Focuses on inspecting under UV light and repairing coatings to meet IPC standards./liliProduction Technician (Coating/Plating): Positions in larger facilities that include wet process work, such as plating, in addition to coating./liliPrevious electronics assembly or conformal coating experience is preferred./liliCandidate must take and pass a medical exam as outlined in the supplier guide./liliCandidate must be able to read/write English./li/ulh3Skills:/h3ulliArea of Expertise Experience with electronic assembly and electrical testing No 1/liliAreas of Expertise Paint Process No 1/liliAreas of Expertise Paint Shop No 1/liliTechnical Skill Computer knowledge (email, accessing files and sharepoints) No 1/liliTechnical Skills Basic Computer Skills No 1/liliTechnical Skills Knowledge of Basic Mechanical/Electrical Concepts No 1/liliTechnical Skills Paint Process Techniques No 1/li/ulh3Why Should You Apply?/h3ulliHealth Benefits/liliReferral Program/liliExcellent growth and advancement opportunities/li/ulpICONMA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
