ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Wayne Shoemaker - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations
• Help our Agency grow through customer acquisition and retention
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attendance
• Ability to be part of a Team focused environment and support meeting agency goals
• Willingness and ability to learn, and to follow directions of Team Leaders

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Complete two pre-employment assessments about 30 mins each.
• 5 years work experience
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Able to produce results
• Ability to multi-task
• Experience managing client relationships
• Able to effectively relate to a customer
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred
• Md State insurance licensing required

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
