Job Description
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication
- Analytical, critical -thinking, and problem-solving mentality
- Able to work autonomously as well as in a team setting
- Self-reflecting and open to feedback; coachable
- Fluent in English
Desired Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, preferably with a specialization in Business, Supply Chain/Logistics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Qualifications in supply chain management or logistics a plus:
- IATA/FIATA
- Broker’s License
- University/Specialist Certifications applicable to the industry
- Experience with presenting to small-medium audiences
- Able to conduct effective research
- Can remain calm during stressful interactions
- Strong aptitude with the Microsoft Suite of applications (particularly Outlook and Excel)
