SYNERGY HomeCare is looking for caring and responsible Childcare Providers to join our team and support families throughout North San Diego County , including La Jolla, Del Mar, Mira Mesa, Poway, and nearby communities .

As a Childcare Provider, you’ll play an important role in helping parents feel confident knowing their children are receiving compassionate, reliable care.
SYNERGY HomeCare Offers:

• $19.00–$22.00 per hour

• Direct deposit

As a Childcare Provider, You Will:

• Provide attentive and compassionate care for children of various ages

• Create engaging, fun, and age-appropriate activities

• Support children’s daily routines and needs

• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation related to childcare

• Provide medication reminders when needed

• Maintain professional communication with families and the SYNERGY HomeCare team

• Arrive on time and provide consistent, dependable care
