About the role Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday // 9:00am - 3:00pm. In this role, you will work side by side with an experienced managing chef in our commissary kitchen. What you'll be doing Dishwashing Receiving and storing food shipments Cleaning and organizing walk in and dry storage Cleaning and closing duties (trash, cardboard) Light food prep Communicating with chef and manager about any kitchen related issues Has worked in previous kitchen roles such as line cook, prep/dishwasher, porter Has had experience with catering and event servicing Has the ability to bend, twist, and stand Has the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs Compensation : $18/hr 24 hours of PTO per year; paid company holidays 401(k) program available after six months of service Free lunch Supportive environment with room to grow + develop Job Type: Part-time Shift: Weekdays Weekly day range: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday // 9:00am - 3:00pm.
