As a Senior Scientist, What you will do

\n
• Design, develop, optimize, troubleshoot, and validate ligand binding assays for proteins, peptides, and antibodies in biological matrices.
\n
• Lead or support PK, PD/biomarker, and ADA assay projects; apply sound scientific judgment to complex data and non-routine challenges.
\n
• Own projects from experimental design through validation, sample analysis, data interpretation, and technical reporting.
\n
• Present assay strategies, results, risks, and recommendations to sponsors; answer scientific questions and help resolve project issues.
\n
• Work across teams to meet study timelines while maintaining GLP and quality standards.
\n
• Contribute to new methods and technologies; at the Senior Scientist level, mentor colleagues and provide broader technical leadership.
\n

What you will bring

\n
• BS with 8+ years of bioanalytical experience, including leadership of complex bioanalytical projects and technical guidance to other scientists.
\n
• Hands-on experience in at least one of these areas: PK, PD/biomarker, or ADA assay development. NAb experience is welcome.
\n
• Experience with immunoassay platforms such as ELISA, MSD, Gyrolab, AlphaLISA, or ELISpot; experience with multiple techniques is particularly valuable.
\n
• Experience developing assays in a GLP-compliant environment and an understanding of applicable FDA and ICH bioanalytical guidance, including ICH M10.
\n
• Strong troubleshooting, data interpretation, technical writing, and communication skills.
\n
• The ability to manage priorities independently and explain scientific decisions to clients and colleagues.
\n

Direct sponsor interaction, mentoring experience, Watson LIMS, SOP authorship, and computer system validation or user acceptance testing experience are additional strengths.
