8 working hours per day, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break (if applicable).

How Many Shifts Needed Per Month: Approximately 20 shifts per physician (based on a 5-day workweek).
\nCredentialing / Onboarding Time: 6 8 weeks (estimated; not specified in the solicitation).
\nLicense: Current, unrestricted medical license from any U.S. state. Arizona medical license preferred.
\nCertifications: Board Eligible in the physician's chosen field of expertise. No additional certifications specified.
\nEducation: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an American Medical Association-approved university, as stated in the solicitation.
\nExperience Needed: Min 2 years
\nSpecial Skills Needed: Primary care, correctional healthcare, physical examinations, diagnostic evaluation, medication management, preventive care, and emergency referrals.

Conduct physical examinations, medical assessments, and daily sick calls.

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.

Order diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and administer immunizations.

\n
Coordinate specialist referrals and hospital transfers when necessary.

\n
Perform medical intake assessments and prepare medical exit summaries.
\n \n \n - \n
\n
\n
Maintain accurate medical records and support daily clinic operations.
