We're seeking a Director of Operations to oversee day-to-day operations and help scale a growing organization focused on technology, customer experience, and operational excellence. You will lead cross-functional teams, improve workflows, monitor performance, and work directly with ownership on strategic initiatives that support the company's future. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to expand into broader leadership responsibilities, including future executive leadership and operational oversight of additional service-based businesses as the organization grows.
