Employment type: Contract Pay Information: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour Location: Mendota Heights, MN or Loveland, CO (Hybrid) Role Overview As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across multiple geographies. You will develop advanced sourcing strategies, build trusted relationships with leaders, and promote equitable hiring practices to bring top-tier talent into the organization. Your expertise will help shape strategic talent acquisition initiatives and ensure a seamless candidate experience across IT and non-IT roles. Day in the Life Manage full-cycle recruiting for software, cybersecurity, data, and infrastructure roles Develop sourcing strategies using market insights and targeted outreach Consult with hiring leaders on talent strategies and market conditions Build relationships with stakeholders across IT and HR teams Ensure fair, inclusive hiring practices and positive candidate experiences Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 5+ years full-cycle recruiting, 3+ years in IT or technical roles Success filling senior and niche technical positions Ability to evaluate technical skills and influence hiring decisions Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with Workday ATS (preferred) Background supporting diversity recruiting initiatives Familiarity with IT functions, tech stacks, and org structures Strong interpersonal skills and ability to advise leaders What We Believe In Celarity believes a key part of creating happy careers is first creating inclusive connections for ALL talent through exposure and access.
