Warehouse Sanitation Associate

A leading food distribution company in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking Warehouse Sanitation Associates to join their production facility team. This is a full-time contract position requiring candidates with prior warehouse cleaning experience who are comfortable working in a cold environment. This role is not a janitorial or housekeeping position; it is focused on cleaning production equipment and surfaces within a food production facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean production room areas including tables, dicer machines, metal detectors, shelves, small hand tools, and knives
• Perform cleaning duties using mops, brooms, and sponges
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout assigned areas
• Work consistently in a cold environment (30–40°F)
• Follow all safety protocols, including required steel-toe footwear

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience cleaning warehouse, industrial, or food production environments
• Ability to work comfortably in cold temperatures for full shift durations
• Steel toe boots required
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work overnight hours

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a food production or distribution facility
• Familiarity with cleaning around industrial equipment (dicers, metal detectors, etc.)

About the Role:

This is a full-time, ongoing contract position located at 2300 NW 19th St, Pompano Beach, FL 33069. No travel is required. The schedule is Sunday through Friday, 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with Saturdays off (6-day work week). Compensation is competitive and will be discussed during the interview process.
