Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, supporting team development and performance
- Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures
- Coordinate audits and support external auditors with required documentation
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax requirements, and company policies
- Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibility
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
- CPA or CMA preferred
- Excellent analytical, organizational, xhyhwjd and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
