As a Security Officer Front Desk in Wall Township, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors at the front desk by following site-specific procedures and access protocols for a utilities location.
• Monitor lobby activity, verify identification and/or visitor information, and help to manage sign-in processes for guests, vendors, and deliveries.
• Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services when needed.
• Observe and report unusual activity, policy violations, and security-related concerns from the front desk area while maintaining accurate logs and documentation.
• Support daily front desk operations by answering phones, providing directions, issuing temporary credentials where applicable, and communicating important information to site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
