Recruiter (Bilingual)

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive bilingual recruiter who will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for field positions. As the first point of contact for both candidates and the company, this role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage a high volume of candidates in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates should have experience in recruitment, preferably within similar industries, and a passion for working with people.

Location: Dallas, TX

Work Schedule: M-F

Type of Employment: Contract to Hire

Compensation: $26/hr - $36/hr

Industry: Construction

Benefits: Benefits are available the 1st day of the month following 60 days of employment. The following benefits available are medical, dental, and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment process for field positions, with potential for corporate recruitment as needs evolve.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.
• Utilize bilingual skills (English and Spanish) to effectively communicate with a diverse candidate pool.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, managing all candidate communications.
• Handle background checks, drug screenings, and other onboarding procedures.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, especially in high-volume roles.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience in recruiting for similar industries is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and maintain a high level of organization.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on candidate experience.
