Location: 4900 Tiedeman Road, Brooklyn Ohio About the Job (Job Brief) Trust Real Estate holdings are major assets that require specialized expertise. Trust Real Estate Managers are skilled in managing the numerous professional resources essential to the overall investment performance. From lease negotiation to long‑term strategy, we ensure that our client’s property is managed to realize its maximum potential. Job Description Manage a mixed portfolio of real estate assets, including complex special needs assets for a specialized unit, with properties located within Key’s footprint and beyond. Annually perform Reg.9 reviews on properties to recommend sell/retain decisions per OCC guidelines. Serve as a peer reviewer of other team members’ real estate reviews, providing guidance when needed. Conduct lease negotiations. Collect rent. Budget expenses on a per‑asset basis. Oversee repairs and renovations. Handle listing and sales negotiations. Recommend real estate/extraordinary service fees. Monitor insurance coverage and tax assessments. Conduct property inspections, including ADA compliance and environmental assessments. Secure and review appraisals. Attend sales meetings/calls to partner with the Fiduciary Strategist or Relationship Manager on new business. Handle tax valuation complaints. Pay all bills for properties. Strictly adhere to department policies and procedures. Execute periodic projects and semi‑annual presentations to Trust Administrators, plus other assigned projects. Job Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in Trust Real Estate Management or equivalent. Real Estate License or Inactive status. Certified Property Manager Designation(s). Bachelor’s degree or related experience in trust property management. Experience managing commercial property and leases. Demonstrated thorough knowledge and understanding of fiduciary business. Experience in marketing the department’s unique services. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing assets in SNT Trusts. Working knowledge of TRMS Trust School Graduate. Experience with leasing. Corporate savvy. Contract negotiation skills. Excellent communication. Excellent customer service. Ability to follow through. Ability to interact effectively in a team environment. Compensation and Benefits Base salary range: $71,000.00 – $125,000.00 annually. Placement may differ by skills, experience, and geographic location. Includes eligibility for incentive compensation, which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives. Benefits are available on request.
