To deliver this at scale, we need a Chief of Staff. Your Impact You will shape how Coval scales in all facets of our company, including GTM, operations, product, hiring, and strategic execution. What You’ll Do Work directly with the CEO to drive company priorities, strategic planning, and cross‑functional alignment. Partner closely with customers to translate insights into product and GTM strategies. Assist with internal operations, such as hiring pipelines, dashboards, investor updates. Lead special projects. This might mean preparing for a major enterprise deal, evaluating a new product line, scoping partnership opportunities. Who You Are You are scrappy, self‑motivated, and a ruthless prioritizer. You are customer‑obsessed and will center customer needs in everything you do. You thrive in the chaos of building zero‑to‑one systems. What You’ll Need Prior experience in a high‑velocity environment, ideally in the role of a Founder, early operator, Chief of Staff, or product‑adjacent role. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication. A talent for operational excellence. Bonus Experience supporting or working with enterprise sales motions. Product intuition around AI agents, LLMs, or developer tooling. Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional projects end‑to‑end. PS We work 100% in‑person in our San Francisco office.
