About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to build, scale, and lead its revenue organization as it expands into pharmaceutical and life sciences markets. The role owns revenue goals and the sales funnel from lead generation through closing, while developing and executing go-to-market strategy. Responsibilities include recruiting, mentoring, and growing a high-performing sales team; building an outbound sales program; and managing strategic enterprise opportunities. The VP will oversee sales processes and technology, track performance metrics, and partner with product and customer success teams to strengthen retention and expansion. Candidates should have at least eight years of SaaS sales experience, including four or more years managing sales teams, and direct experience selling telehealth SaaS to pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare organizations. A track record of building outbound sales programs and turning founder-led sales into a repeatable, metrics-driven operation is required. Strong expertise in sales operations, forecasting, funnel analytics, CRM management, and modern sales technologies is essential. Existing relationships within pharmaceutical or life sciences organizations are also required.
