Live-In Residence Director: Shape Community & Lead Staff

Texas State University in San Marcos seeks a Residence Director to oversee daily operations of one or more residence halls. This full-time, live-in role builds community, supervises staff, and creates programs to connect students to campus. The RD reports to an Assistant Director of Residential Experience and must be able to access buildings and respond promptly during emergencies.
