A Critical Access Hospital with a Level IV Trauma Center is seeking coverage. The practice includes

one Nurse Practitioner

working alongside a

locum MD . Clinic Setup:

2 exam rooms Patient Volume:

12-15 per day Procedures/Readings:

Stress tests, EKGs, echocardiograms Clinic Schedule:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, July 7-11 Call Requirement:

None EMR System:

EPIC Required Credentials:

Oregon medical license, DEA, Board Certification, BLS, ACLS
