First Watch is seeking an Operations Manager in Flower Mound, TX who loves mornings and bacon, and is passionate about serving others. You will supervise kitchen and dining, coach team members, and help deliver an exceptional breakfast, brunch, or lunch experience. You will lead daily operations, ensure food safety, manage guest service standards, and recruit and develop staff, while upholding the You First culture.
