Minimum Qualifications InterNACHI CPI or ASHI Certified Inspector (or currently enrolled) Two or more years of construction or related industry experience preferred Why GreenWorks? Responsibilities include: Perform residential, commercial, phase, investor, environmental, and specialty inspections Build lasting relationships with homeowners, agents, investors, and commercial clients Deliver detailed, accurate, easy‑to‑understand inspection reports Educate clients—not simply identify problems Represent the GreenWorks brand with professionalism and integrity Physical Requirements This position requires climbing roofs, entering attics and crawlspaces, lifting equipment, walking uneven terrain, and working in varying weather conditions. Inspectors should be physically capable of standing, bending, climbing, lifting, and working extended days when needed.
