Initiates, develops, and maintains collaborative interactions with internal and external team members, patients, and family members to improve patient outcomes.Productive and efficient in daily operations. Selects and performs the appropriate assessment procedures. Establishes and updates formal plan of care to address individual patient needs.EducationMinimum - Bachelor's Degree Speech Pathology or Communications Disorder (Required)Master's Degree Speech Language Pathologist (Preferred)Certification/LicensureValid license Speech Language Pathologist.
