Key Responsibilities

• Employ advanced radiographic and CT techniques to produce exceptional diagnostic images for interpretation by physicians
• Work closely with radiologists and the healthcare team to ensure effective and precise diagnostic outcomes
• Expertly position patients while fine-tuning equipment settings to ensure optimal imaging results
• Adhere strictly to radiation safety protocols for the safety and well-being of patients and colleagues
• Keep meticulous records, understanding that every detail contributes to outstanding patient care
• Deliver empathetic patient support throughout the imaging process
• Maintain a safe, structured, and proficient imaging environment

Qualifications

• A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
• Completion of an accredited radiology program

Certifications Needed

• ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography
• Current BLS certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of employment

Essential Skills

• Thorough knowledge of diagnostic imaging protocols and safety standards
• Outstanding communication ability towards patients and fellow team members
• Adeptness at thriving in a fast-paced environment, adjusting promptly to dynamic needs
• A meticulous approach to your responsibilities and a strong sense of reliability
• Comfortable with technology, including PACS, RIS, and updated imaging software
