Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to ensure comprehensive care. Administer medications and infusions safely and effectively. Manage central lines and monitor patients for symptoms and side effects. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in the electronic health record (EHR). Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans. Offer emotional support and advocate for patient preferences and needs. Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care. Qualifications and Requirements Current Registered Nurse license. Experience in oncology nursing is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
