Join us to be part of a team that is at the forefront of Oracle innovation, enabling organizations to maximize their return on investment, reduce costs, and solve real-world challenges through cutting-edge Oracle solutions.Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer Your contribution to the team: Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks. A passion for design and hands-on coding experience A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholdersRequired Skill and Experience• Hands-on experience in implementation, development, and support projects related to UKG Workforce Central (WFC) and Workforce Dimensions (WFD) applications. • Experience in Kronos WFC/WFD with functional expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, Forecasting, Accruals, Attendance and Activities modules. • Experience in Workforce Central – Scheduler and Workforce Dimensions - Absence Management.• Experience in interface development with WIM for WFC and for WFD with middle layers like Dell Boomi etc.• Knowledge of the various workforce management disciplines like accruals, attendance tracking, compliance monitoring, employee self-service, leave management, overtime management, schedule optimization, work authorization, activity tracking for monitoring idle time, utilization, productivity and incentive pay.• Ability to drive and manage stakeholder communication.Preferred Skill and Experience Experience on UKG Workforce Central configurations and process flows. Experience in SOAP UI. Direct client interaction experience during interactive phases like requirements gathering, Fit-Gap analysis etc. Experience in common integration methodologies including WIM (Kronos), XML APIs, XML Imports, web services and standard import tables. Experience in data conversions using import tables, XML imports with analyzing and debugging skills. Kronos functional implementation experience (at least 2 projects) and upgrade experience (at least 1 project). Functional testing or automated testing in Kronos Timekeeper, Accruals and Activities.Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
