Production Associate
Location: Austin, TX 78728
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Overtime opportunities may be available)
Hourly Rate: $17 per hour

Integrity Trade Services is partnering with a building materials supplier company to hire a Production Associate for their Austin facility. This position is responsible for assembling and preparing products for shipment, operating basic woodworking machinery and hand tools, monitoring production quality, moving materials throughout the facility, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Production Associate Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and prepare products for shipment based on work orders
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Monitor production processes to maintain quality and productivity standards
• Move raw materials and completed products to designated areas
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production floor
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment

Production Associate Qualifications & Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs consistently
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical work for extended periods
• Ability to read and write English
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to read a tape measure preferred
• Previous woodworking, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
