Associate AttorneySeeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our legal team.In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting healthcare professionals and corporations in various practice areas, including mergers/acquisitions, contracts, partnerships, employment and labor law, commercial leasing, construction matters, and compliance issues.The position involves significant client contact. Your responsibilities will involve drafting, reviewing and negotiating transactional documents, and assisting with client consultations.
