The Regional Human Resources Business Partner will provide strategic and consultative HR support across assigned business units, with a strong focus on strategic workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and change management. This role partners closely with leaders to identify future workforce needs, assess organizational structures, leverage workforce analytics, and develop solutions that align people strategies with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who combines strong business acumen with hands‑on HR expertise and the ability to influence leaders at all levels. Worksite Location: Hybrid – Must be local to the Greater Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN or Eau Claire, WI area (no non-local candidates). Some travel to HQ Eau Claire location required (2-4 times monthly). Salary Range: Annual Salary of $100K – $143K base (market dependent) + 10% target annual incentive opportunity Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with a generous Royal match Generous PTO, sick time, and up to 11.5 paid holidays Tuition assistance, professional development, and fitness incentives Roles & Responsibilities Lead strategic workforce planning efforts for assigned business units and bring best practices to the enterprise approach Partner with leaders to identify future workforce needs, talent risks, and capability gaps Advise on organizational design, reporting structures, role architecture, and spans of control Leverage workforce analytics and business data to develop insights and recommendations Partner with leaders on talent strategy, succession planning, retention, career development, and performance management Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations matters, investigations, corrective action, and terminations Lead and support change management initiatives tied to organizational and workforce transformation Align talent strategies with broader business objectives and organizational priorities Support employee engagement and organizational effectiveness initiatives Contribute to enterprise-wide HR projects and strategic workforce planning initiatives Required Skills & Experience Progressive HR Business Partner experience Strong experience with strategic workforce planning and talent strategy Workforce analytics and data-driven decision-making experience Organizational design and organizational effectiveness experience Strong employee relations and performance management expertise Experience leading change management and cross-functional projects Strong business acumen and executive-level consulting skills Ability to influence leaders and navigate ambiguity and changing priorities Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills Adaptable, solutions-oriented approach with a strong growth mindset About Versique Versique: /ver-seek/ adj. being both versatile and unique; n. a high-performance recruiting firm specializing in executive leadership search, direct hire, and interim hiring solutions.
