Quality Inspectors
Aerospace - Portland, CT
Shifts: 1st Shift 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 2nd Shift 4:30 PM–12:30 AM (15% shift differential)
( Please note: 2nd shift hires will start on 1st shift for anywhere from a few days to a few wks, to get familiar)

We’re hiring experienced Quality Inspectors to support high-precision aerospace work. This is full-time, on-site, Monday–Friday, 1st and 2nd shifts available

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Perform detailed visual and measurement inspections

• Read and review blueprints, purchase orders, and certs

• Complete dimensional layouts using standard inspection tools

• Handle First Article Inspections (FAI) and required documentation

What’s Required (Non-Negotiable – please do not apply without this)

• At least 3 years of quality inspection experience in aerospace, medical, or similar precision industry

• Strong working knowledge of GD&T and manufacturing methods

• Comfortable using Excel

• Solid math skills and clear communication
