About
VK Capital Ventures Inc. runs Travel Villa Kitchen — a Houston chef co-op, cooking-class and private-dinner company (plus Six Rows Coffee and Farm2Chef, our farmer-chef marketplace). We are Human First service practitioners: healthy communication and people who are happy and emotionally safe in service is how we work — including how we sell. We are hiring a Sales & Partnerships Lead to work the buyer, sponsor, and developer pipeline our intake books: corporate dinners, team experiences, sponsorships, and platform partnerships, carried from qualified meeting to signed relationship.

Responsibilities
- Work the pipeline our intake and call team books: qualified meetings → proposals → closed partnerships
- Own buyer relationships across corporate, sponsor, and developer prospects — honest offers, no promises beyond what operations can deliver
- Coordinate with operations before anything is sold: if we can't staff it or source it, we don't sell it
- Keep the pipeline reconciled in our tracking systems — stages, values, and next steps a founder can read at a glance
- Feed market reality back: what buyers ask for, what they balk at, what we should build next

Qualifications
- B2B sales or partnerships experience — hospitality, events, food, or sponsorships a strong plus
- Relationship-first selling: warm, professional, no pressure tactics, no claims beyond the offer
- Pipeline discipline — same-day logging and follow-through without reminders
- Houston market familiarity; bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Schedule
Full-time, standard business hours, with partner meetings and hosted experiences as scheduled.
