Lead Commercial Counsel, Cloud & SaaS Deals

Fastly is seeking an experienced Commercial Legal leader to oversee US-based attorneys, guide complex deal negotiations, and partner with GTM and cross-functional teams. This role requires a strong background mentoring attorneys and closing enterprise cloud transactions.
Based in San Francisco or New York, you will help shape data privacy and AI-related terms, draft key agreements, and align contracts with regulatory requirements while supporting rapid growth.
